Deleting your account

You can delete your Drafti Ligi account (Codeblock Limited) at any time, in the app or on this website.

Sign in to delete your account

In the app

  1. Open Profile and tap your name to open Account.
  2. Under Privacy, choose Delete account.
  3. Tap Delete my account to confirm.

On the website

  1. Sign in at drafti.co.tz/account with your account's phone number and the code we text you.
  2. Open Privacy.
  3. Under Delete account, type DELETE and tap Delete my account.

30 days to change your mind

When you ask to delete your account you are signed out everywhere, and the account is erased after 30 days. Signing in again before then cancels the request. You can download a copy of your data from your account page before you delete it.

What is deleted

  • Your phone number, display name and profile.
  • Your account's devices, sign-in sessions and sign-in-code request records.
  • Your gems, coins and skins. They are not refunded.

What is kept, and for how long

  • Games: records of public games may be kept, with your name removed, so your opponents' histories and ratings stay correct.
  • Chat: your messages are removed when your account is erased after the 30-day window. Other messages normally expire after 90 days, or are retained longer while a report is open.
  • Payment and top-up records: as long as applicable tax and accounting law requires.
  • Security logs: for service security and incident investigation; hosting-provider logs follow the provider's retention settings.
